Our udon is made with few simple ingredients: 100% Japanese flour import from Sanuki , Kagawa prefecture – Japan, sea salt and soft water. Udon is made fresh everyday in the restaurant’s designated glass window udon-making room.

The soup base is made in-house with all natural ingredient. The gourmet taste you experience come from our finest ingredient, chef’s craftsmanship and his devotion to food.
