A must-try brunch place in downtown Vancouver! -Maxine’s Café + Bar

Everything here at Maxine’s Café + Bar is gorgeous! – décor inside, huge patio, food, and service.
I was lucky to be seated right away, but there would be lineups on weekends. So, make sure you go early. Their brunch menu includes a simple breakfast, egg benedicts, burger, and more.

Egg cocotte comes with soft baked eggs, San Marzano tomato, olive, spinach, Fiore di latte, and grilled bread on the skillet. Dipping the bread into the yolk, melted cheese, and tomato sauce completes your day! It’s so flavourful and absolutely delicious!

The thick-sliced brioche French toast is soft and fluffy; it’s a must-try dessert. It’s custardy and perfect sweetness from the whipped mascarpone and walnuts. Not too sweet and heavy, so I definitely recommend getting this as dessert.
